How do you unite over 350 people from two different markets into one team? For adidas, the challenge was exactly that: launching the new Cluster Central Europe by bringing together DACH and Eastern European employees for an unforgettable multi-day team event in Prague. cip marketing organized everything - from location to logistics, teambuilding to circus performance.

The Challenge

Merging two market organizations is a significant cultural moment.
